Delivery & installation
White-glove furniture delivery and placement
Stride provides scheduled furniture delivery for design projects, retailers and manufacturers across the Puget Sound. Each work order is planned around the item, the property access and the requested level of installation.
Crews work in pairs, wrap each piece and lay pathway protection appropriate to the site before anything comes through the door. Items are placed according to the confirmed work order, assembled where that is in scope, and the packaging is removed when that is included.
A delivery may include
- A confirmed arrival window communicated before the appointment.
- Protective wrapping and appropriate pathway protection.
- Placement in the designated room.
- Assembly or adjustment included in the approved scope.
- Packaging removal when requested and quoted.
- Proof-of-delivery documentation and photographs when applicable.
Special access
Stairs, restricted access, hoisting and other special conditions require advance review and separate approval. Tell us about them when you request the delivery, not on the day — the crew, the time and sometimes the equipment are all scheduled from that information.
