Furniture receiving, storage, delivery and installation
Stride supports furniture projects from the first inbound shipment through final placement. Services can be used individually or combined into a receiving, storage and installation plan built around the project schedule.
Your freight arrives at our Kent warehouse instead of a job site. We record it, inspect it to the agreed scope, store it by project, and deliver it to the room it belongs in when your client is ready.

Receiving
We receive shipments at our Kent warehouse, match them to the project information provided and record their arrival. You get a shipment arrival notification by text or email once it is processed, so you do not have to call and ask whether something showed up.
Inspection
Items are inspected and photographed according to the agreed scope. Visible damage or discrepancies are reported promptly with supporting documentation, while there is still time to raise a claim and reorder.
Storage & inventory
Items are labeled and stored by project on class-based rates, so a pair of lamps is not billed like a sectional. Clients can view inventory status and available photographs through the online portal.
Assembly
Eligible beds, tables and case goods can be assembled and checked before delivery when requested. Some pieces must remain packaged or be assembled on site.
Delivery & installation
Crews deliver, place and assemble items according to the confirmed work order and site-access information. Packaging removal is included when listed in the scope. Proof of delivery with photographs is provided where applicable.
Will call
Scheduled pickup is available. Items can be staged and prepared for the approved pickup time.
