Project inventory
Provide purchase orders or a project list so we can associate incoming shipments with the correct project. The portal shows received items, available photographs and current status, so you can see what has arrived and what is still outstanding without calling six reps to find out.
Condition documentation
Visible damage and discrepancies are photographed and reported so you can work with the vendor, carrier or client while time remains to resolve the issue. Your client often hears about a problem at the same time they hear it is being handled.
Installation planning
Share the drawings, room assignments, access details and target date early. We will confirm the delivery scope, crew requirements and available schedule.
Final delivery
The crew delivers and places each item according to the confirmed work order. Assembly, packaging removal and special-access work must be included in advance so the right crew, time and equipment are scheduled.
